Shipping policy

On placing an order with us, you’ll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. Orders are generally sent within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.  You will receive a despatch email confirming same.  A receipt is not included in your package, as you will have already received an email confirmation with this information.

Custom Orders may take longer, this will be conveyed to you directly via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally sent by An Post standard post, and can take up to 2 /5 days to arrive. A tracking number and guaranteed delivery date is not included.

The option of tracked shipping is available & you will see this option when checking out. If your package has tracked shipping, a tracking number will be confirmed to you upon despatch.  You can track your package with this number on the An Post website.  Please allow a few hours from the despatch time for tracking to update on the website.

During busy times, like Christmas, Mother's Day etc, please remember there maybe a longer delivery time than normal.

Flat rate standard shipping within Ireland is €4.00 with free shipping on orders €80 +

Local Collection/Drop off :  I don’t offer a collection or drop off service, all orders are posted.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 
Orders are sent by An Post and tracking is set as standard on these.  You will be notified of a tracking number upon despatch & you can use this to track your parcel on the An Post website.   Please allow between 2/4 weeks for your items to arrive. 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. This is beyond my control.

Please ensure you enter an accurate delivery address when ordering. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors in your shipping address will be invoiced to you before the order can be re-shipped.

Please look out for your postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt deliver while you're out. In this instance, you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office.

Tracking is approx €12 depending on your location, price is confirmed during the checkout process.

 

BUYING AS A GIFT? No problem, your order can be sent directly to the recipient and I can leave a personalised note in the package for you. Just input the details on the listing in the 'notes to seller' box.  There is no charge for this.  Please note this is not relevant with the electronic gift cards as these are emailed directly to you.

 

LOST PARCELS
Parcels are considered officially lost after the following timescales:
Ireland- 7 days from being dispatched.
UK & Europe- 20 days from being dispatched
Non European Countries- 30 days from being dispatched

Please contact me after these timescales. I will do my best to rectify this with you to replace or refund your order.

Also, please make sure your address details are correct at the time of ordering as inaccurate or incomplete information may result in your package either being posted back to us or delayed in transit. If package has to be posted again due to your error, the costs of this will be the customers responsibility. 


DAMAGED PARCELS:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your parcel and it's contents arrives damaged please contact me within 5 working days of delivery.
I will require photos of the damaged packaging and product. This will help me to offer you a refund or replacement on your item(s) and also to assist me in claiming compensation from the postal service for the damage whilst the item(s) was in their care.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS
Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable or exchangeable once they have been purchased unless:
►they are lost or damaged in the post
►a mistake has been made by me with your order

Note:
►Full payment will be required before any items are dispatched
►These orders will be sent tracked
►The customer is responsible for the cost of any return postage.

This will be discussed at time of ordering and confirmed via email.
