Refund policy
The Messy Brunette Ltd accepts returns & exchanges under certain conditions.
To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase before proceeding.
►Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
►Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
►Custom or personalised orders
►For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
►Items on sale
►Gift Cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
►Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
►Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
NOTE: Only items purchased throught the website can be returned/exchanged, if purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7days.
Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss and return item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Any returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear or tear. Return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer.
Your purchase will be exchanged once I receive the returned item. Please email themessybrunette@gmail.com and the return address details will be confirmed to you.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for sending the new item. In case of an exchange for an item of a lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer. In case of an exchange for an item of greater value, the customer is expected to pay the difference before the item is posted.
Any returns outside of Ireland, if customs fees/duties are applied then these will be deducted from the final balance.
We recommend using a tracked service for returing any items to ensure they arrive safely.
